Uploaded photographs are used to create your personalized product.

They may be processed using automated image-generation and image-enhancement technology.

They may be reviewed by authorized personnel for quality-control purposes.

We will not intentionally use your uploaded photograph in advertising or public promotional material without separate permission.

We delete active copies of uploaded photographs and personalization files within seven days after fulfilment.

Copies held in backups may remain until those backups are securely overwritten under our retention schedule.

Files needed to resolve a support request, replacement or legal matter may need longer retention, subject to the applicable retention policy and law.

Customers should download digital artwork promptly, as personalization files are not stored indefinitely.

Order records, transaction records and correspondence may be retained for longer periods where required for accounting, taxation, dispute-resolution or legal-compliance purposes.

Service providers may assist with:

• website hosting;
• data storage;
• payment processing;
• image processing;
• printing and production;
• logistics and delivery;
• email communications;
• analytics.

Providers should only receive information reasonably necessary for their work and must handle it under appropriate privacy and security obligations.

Service providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

We remain responsible for information transferred to service providers and will assess privacy safeguards and any required cross-border assessment or disclosure before enabling those transfers.

Delivery details may be shared with a carrier to enable delivery and tracking.
